As with all things, time moves on here we are well into
2012 and the workshop and group is as strong as ever. New enquiries come in,
mainly by email and training is organised, regulars pop in to solve problems
or create new ones! and I look forward to those visits as it gives me the
opportunity to help. We have been very blessed with influxes of wood and the
latest is the offer of a storm felled Oak, reckoned to be over a hundred
years old, we will try and retrieve as much of that as we can.. The year
ahead looks interesting and I feel that we are well placed to take advantage
of any opportunities that present to us.

Every year Spinal Injuries Scotland is involved in a fund
raising quiz and dinner, we have two pieces being auctioned off at this event,
one is a laburnum Sculpture and the other a large Ash platter. We are now selling items in the SCOTTISH SHOWCASE GALLERY
in Kircudbright, so if you are in the area pop in and see our items. I dont
think our shop will reopen untill around October.
