Whats New

The training days are back on the agenda, I have been feeling much better over the past weeks as the Pernicious Anaemia has been brought more under control with extra b12 injections.  This is not something I would wish on anyone and in the past it has caused many deaths, now, in this day and age, it is a simple matter, once diagnosed, to obtain b12 injections which are administered until a certain level is reached and then on a regular basis after that.  The  type 2 diabetes is well under control and this has been achieved by a complete change in my diet.  The Spinal Injuries Scotland Awards (SEE PICTURES) have now been completed and the three awards were well received.  I intend to try and coast along for a wee while and try to re-charge my body batteries as well as my wheelchair ones.
